Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love what you ordered! But in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send us a return request within 3 days of the delivery date. All return request must be made to email@example.com. Any returns need to be reviewed and approved by our customer service team.
Please do not randomly ship merchandise/ return packages to our office/warehouse address. Any returns made to us without our prior approval or confirmation will not be eligible for a refund.
REASONS FOR RETURNS
We will issue you a full refund for the product or send you a replacement as long as it meets the following conditions:
1. You received a damaged/faulty item
Quality is the utmost important to us. If you receive damaged or faulty merchandise, please contact our team (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item.
2. You received the wrong/incorrect item
Please send a photo of the incorrect item and include your order number to email@example.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will send you the correct item and will also email you a free prepaid return shipping label. Kindly ship the incorrect merchandise back to us.
Please pack your return with care and include your order number or original invoice. Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 2 days of receiving your prepaid return label from our team.
When contacting our customer service team for a return/refund, please include the following information for a speedy response :
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Product Name & Code
- Reason for returns/ refunds
- Picture of the item (if you receive faulty/damaged/incorrect item)
- Description of the fault/damage (if applicable)
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF:
1. The items have been worn, used
2. The items have been altered in any way
3. The items are damaged or in any way defective from the original condition unless the condition is our fault
4. The items do not have the original tags/ labels attached on them
5. The items are not in their original packaging
7. The reason of returning the item is due to "Change of Mind". "Change of Mind" includes purchases you have made in error (e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong color, style or size) or you suddenly do not want the item.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Veldess reserves the right to refuse a refund requested by you. Veldess will not accept a bank or credit card statement as proof or purchase.
Refunds will be provided for items eligible for return in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please also note that it can take between 5 and 10 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.
Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges.
